Getting Started

How do I get started on Anand Sweets online?

You can start by going to the "order online" page and clicking on the "login" button to create an account. In two quick minutes, you can fill out your mobile number, email and password to create your account and keep track of all your orders. You can even start shopping and then fill out the details after you have added products to your cart.

Shopping Online

  • How do I start shopping?
    You can shop within the comforts of your home by going to the "order online" page.
    1. Choose your location.
    2. Browse, customize and select your favourite sweets and namkeens.
    3. Follow the instructions on the checkout page.
    4. Pay using internet banking or with a credit/debit card.
  • Do you have promotions and offers?

    Yes! We run offers and promotions from time to time. Check our website for details and follow us on Instagram and Facebook for regular updates on offers and chances to win goodies.

Editing My Account

  • How do I edit my account information?
    Just go to "log in", sign in with your mobile number and you can change any of your details.
  • What should I do if I have forgotten my login details?
    Click on the "forgot password" option in the log in page and follow instructions to change your password.
  • How do I change my personal details?
    Just log in to your account and and edit any of your personal information.
  • Can I change my billing address?
    Yes. Just log in to your account, go to the "Profile" page and edit your address and other personal information.

Payment Queries

  • How do I make my payment?
    You can use any credit/ debit card issued by an Indian bank.
  • Is my transaction secure?
    At Anand Sweets, it is our priority to keep your information secure and protect your personal details. Your transactions are secured by Pay U India and our payment gateway is also certified by Verisign.
  • Which currency can I use to make my payment?
    Currently, we accept only INR for any purchases made on our website.
  • When will I be charged?
    When you use credit or debit card, or net banking to make a payment, the amount will be deducted immediately.
  • Why was my card or net banking account not charged?
    Insufficient balance in your account or problems with your internet connection can be the reasons for a decline in payment. Please write to us at care@anandsweets.net and we will help you resolve the problem as soon as possible.
  • Do your prices include GST?
    All our products are inclusive of all taxes. You do not have to worry about any hidden charges.

Placing Orders

  • Is there any minimum order requirement?
    No. We are here to serve all our customers irrespective of the amount of their orders.
  • What is your return policy?
    We always dispatch the fresh products but since they are perishable items, we work on a no refund and no return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damages caused during shipping. But you can write to us at care@anandsweets.net and we will try to address any issues in the best way possible.
  • I cannot see my recent order in my account.
    All information on your orders will be registered in your account. In case you are unable to access this information, please write to us at care@anandsweets.net and we will resolve your problem as soon as possible
  • How will my order be shipped?
    We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your doorstep.
  • How do I track my order?
    Log in to your account. Go to the "Orders" section to check the latest update made on your order. Once we ship your products, we will email you the AWB (airway bill no) with the carrier name so you can track your order. .
  • When can I expect delivery?
    Once your order is confirmed, we ship the order within 10 minutes and get it delivered in 45 to 60 minutes in select areas of Bangalore. For other cities the delivery will be made within 3-5 days of shipping.
  • An item is missing from my shipment.
    We take great care to ensure that we deliver the right products ordered and conduct multiple checks to check the quality and quantity of the products before dispatch. Verify the items with the invoice enclosed in the shipment. And in case of any discrepancies, please write to us immediately at care@anandsweets.net and we will address the issue, promptly.

  • Where are the products prepared?
    All our products are freshly prepared and packed from our Industry at Jigani in Bangalore. We follow all quality and hygiene standards to make sure our products remain fresh and are delivered to you in a hygienic manner.
  • How is the packing done to my order?
    We follow state of the art packing infrastructure ensuring our products are packed correctly to maintain its freshness.
  • What guarantees freshness for the products ordered?
    We always dispatch the fresh products but since they are perishable items, we work on a no refund and no return policy.
