Do you know How many times I tried your customer care no and mail id .Alas I was totally frustrated. It was after a long struggle I was able place orders.
Mybfirst question is what for you are providing contact no in the pack .But when I called itnwas in not reachable stage .It was a Sunday. We are living in the world which works 24×8×365.where is the question of leave applies .How about mail id ?No response from both contact nos as well as mail id .I was frustrated over the irresponsible behaviour of your staff who is taking care of customer care office.when you print a contact no in the label make sure it is responded by your staff otherwise it will become a Nam ke vasthe .Don't do that .
